To say the least, e-volunteering reflects the evolving landscape of youth engagement by adapting to contemporary lifestyles while maintaining the core values of traditional volunteering—altruism and community support. And although much can be said about the benefits of e-volunteering for young people, in terms of personal growth, mental health and wellbeing, knowledge acquisition, skills development, career preparation, social interactions and building connections, youth organizations are highly benefited as well: enhanced youth engagement in their work, community outreach and impact, addressing social issues effectively, resource efficiency, and building supportive networks.
